*blushes* Oops! Well, thank you again.

I used GIMP for the illustrations -- all of them are photo manips. They're created with multiple layers. In some cases I used alpha channels for transparency. I used erase, clone, and paint to remove or alter details I didn't want.

For example: the Arcalian student was created from three images. One was a TARDIS corridor -- I blotted out the two aliens who were standing at the far end. One was a model from a seller of (Terran) academic robes. I changed the shade of green and adjusted the neckline. And the woman's head was a Creative Commons image from Flickr. The image of Six choking "Rose" was a screencap from "The Twin Dilemma" (I had to find the clip on YouTube) with Rose's head superimposed. (I think I used one of the screenshots from "Doomsday", when she was crying.) And then I ran it through the blur and ripple filters to get a hallucinatory effect.
