Become part of a historic event!

Is there anyone on my flist who doesn't know about the Support Stacie Auction?  If you don't, you should.  You can read about Stacie and her battle with cancer here.

In order to help Stacie pay her medical bills, authors from many fandoms are auctioning off their services as writers.  Bid on your favorite fanfic authors -- if you have the winning bid, the author you "buy" will write a story to your specifications.  Go here to see all of the fantastic Doctor Who and Torchwood authors who are going on the auction block (including yours truly).  Many are offering special deals and bidding incentives.  For example, I'll write a 100-word drabble for everyone who raises the bid by $10.

It's a good cause and a lot of fun.  The auction starts at 11:59 PM CDT (23:59 GMT -5) on September 11, 2009, and ends at 8:00 PM CDT (20:00 GMT -5).
