Oh, yes. I think I prefer the crazy people to the cranky people.

They're usually sincere. Can't say I get many crazy people in tech support. They're more of the cranky variety.

I don't mention a lot about my personal life because
1. this LJ is primarily for fic, and I figure that most readers don't care that I'm a widow, speak very rusty Spanish, and have lavender growing in my garden
2. I am leary of giving too much personal information in a completely public forum
