Like to write? Love writing 100 word drabbles? Great! There is a new challenge, called drabble_las , where you write a fanfic of EXACTLY 100 words every week based on a different prompt and where all pairings, including slash, is allowed! Then they get voted on and the person with the least votes is out that week and the person with the most is safe the next week till you have one author standing who wins! What do you win? A snazzy graphic and a $10 GC to Amazon or Barnes & Noble. You don't even need to be a GREAT writer!
..who will come out on top?
It's yamx 's fault. She twisted my arm and forced me to sign up for thedrabble_las . (That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!) I've never considered joining a Last Author Standing competition before, because I can't be sure of finishing a full story in such a short time. I know I can finish a 100-word drabble in a week, and it's a format that I enjoy writing. The one thing I'm not sure of is how well I'll do in a multi-fandom LAS where the voters may not be familiar with my fandom. But that's out of my control. The rest should be a fun experience.
